Working towards homeownership with team Danielle is a breeze whether you are a first-time homeowner, property investor, or a house-flipper. First, we will set up a consultation to determine the details of the home you need. If applicable, a pre-approval will come next. After the pre-approval, you may go on a property tour to inspect the home. If you like what you see, you can make an offer which will be followed by an inspection and possible financing and appraisal.

With these steps completed, you are ready to close on your home. All that’s left to do is get your keys and make the space your own.
